AWCPO is committed to enhancing women’s empowerment through comprehensive initiatives that include:
- Vocational skills training, enabling women to acquire marketable skills.
- Advocacy for women’s rights to promote gender equality and eliminate discrimination.

Work experience
AWCPO has successfully implemented numerous projects aimed at empowering women through skill training, literacy programs, women’s leadership development, and rights advocacy in the Laghman, Nangarhar, and Kabul provinces. These initiatives have been supported by notable funding from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the Spanish Embassy in Kabul, and the Czech Republic Embassy in Kabul
